Team Strong was developed as a supplement to the Physical Education Program at
St. Vincent de Paul School. While the Physical Education curriculum focuses on teaching students’ different competitive sports and fitness standards, Team Strong’s focus is to develop healthy habits and general fitness, with the hope that the students will adopt regular physical activity as a part of their lifestyle.
Four Main Goals of Team Strong:
Fitness, while it may be hard work, can be very fun, rewarding and empowering. It is our hope at SVDP to allow the children to try new physical activities, to teach them skills to improve their own fitness levels, and to encourage and support their fellow students, as they learn and implement these new skills.
All the students at St. Vincent de Paul School are one team --
and together, they are Team Strong!

Seeking Volunteers for Fall Recess Rounds!
If you are interested in helping during the Lunch Recess on specified Friday's during the Fall, please contact Sue White. The volunteer hours are from 10:30am--12:30pm. You will be outside on the soccer field, assisting with the tallying of the students laps around the soccer fields. It is a great way to volunteer at school, and see your child and their friends at Recess. Younger siblings that are not school age, are welcome to come and help you! Must be Virtus trained!
First Recess Rounds will be this Friday, Sept. 16th.
