St. Vincent de Paul’s After School Care (ASC) is designed to provide a safe, fun, stimulating environment while also promoting the values of our Catholic faith and the mission of our parish. We strive to provide our participants with a wide variety of activities to enhance the excellent education they are already receiving during their school day.

• Royal Kids – Grades K – 5
  • Royal kids will be housed in the cafeteria. When coming to pick up your child, please check in with a staff member who is in the cafeteria.
  • Students in this program are not allowed to use personal electronics. They can use school tablets for homework only. 
• Homework Club – Grades 6 – 8
  • Homework club will be in the library this year. This space will be quieter, allowing them to better complete their homework. We still ask parents to check in with a staff member in the cafeteria when picking up their child; we will call them down from the library. 

2024-25 Care on School Release Days

• We will not be offering care for students on school release days/school holidays for the 2024-25 school year.
  • Due to the number of participants and the shortage of staff, we will not be offering care on school release days. This will be reconsidered on a yearly basis. Please note some specific dates below.
• NOTE – AFTER SCHOOL CARE WILL NOT BE OPEN:
  • Friday - Christmas Bazaar set up (closed 12/06/24)
  • All Parish and School Staff Christmas Party (closed 12/10/24)
  • Advent Program Day (closed - 12/20/24)
  • Last day of school (closed 6/04/25)

2024 – 2025 Program Fees

• $21.00 per day, per child, for full and part-time regular Royal Kids participants (Grades K-5)

             if you pick up by 5:30PM

• $13.00 per day, per child for Homework Club participants, including drop-in (Grades 6-8) 

             if you pick up by 5:30PM

$35.00 registration fee per family (Non-refundable)

5% discount for 3 or more children

No credit for absences. Payment is based on number of day’s registered and not days attended.  All billing is done through Blackbaud.
