Afternoon Concert
Students will come to school in the morning wearing their concert attire (outlined below).
12:00: The church doors will open to the public.
12:30: The performance will start.
1:30: Led by their classroom teachers, all students will walk back to their classrooms.
1:35: Students may be picked up from their classrooms.
Afternoon Pickup Procedures:
Once all of the students have exited the church, guests attending the concert who wish to take their children home following the concert can send ONE adult to their child(ren)’s classroom to pick up their child(ren). Students must check out with their teacher before leaving.
All other children may be picked up from school by their usual method of transportation (bus, car, after school care)
At 2:00, we will be locking the doors of the church and beginning to reset the space for the evening concert. We will be clearing the pews of anything left behind.
Evening Concert:
Evening Drop Off Procedures:
Before the evening concert, students will gather in their classrooms. Please drop your child(ren) off at the front doors of the school. There will be school staff members at the doors to help kids get to where they need to be.
5:30: Students are dropped off at the front doors of the school.
5:30: Doors to the Church open to the public.
5:45: Led by teachers, students walk over to the church.
6:00: Concert Starts
7:00: Led by teachers, students walk back to their classrooms.
7:10: ONE adult checks out their student(s) from their classrooms
Evening Pickup Procedures:
Once all of the students have exited the church, families can send ONE adult to the classrooms to pick up their child(ren).
Families who are choosing to attend the afternoon concert and not the evening concert can pick their child(ren) up from their classrooms following the concert at 7:10.
All students must check out with their teacher before leaving.
December 16th Dress Code Guidelines:
Think along the lines of “Dressing up for Christmas Mass”
Boys:
Dress shirt (no words or pictures)
Can be long- or short-sleeved, collar or no collar
Dress pants (preferably no jeans)
Dress shoes (preferably not sneakers)
Girls:
Dress shirt (no words or pictures)
Can be long- or short-sleeved, collar or no collar
Dress pants, skirt or dress (preferably no jeans)
If wearing a dress or skirt, tights or leggings are encouraged
Dress shoes (preferably not sneakers)
Face coverings at school events continue to be recommended for both students and guests.
